1. It can be extremely difficult for organizations to use a one-size-fits-all approach when engaging employees of all generations. This is because there can be different perspectives of employees of different generations required to be catered to by the approach. There can be high level of dissatisfaction of one generation of employee because of a single approach adopted and utilized by the organization.
